What causes "The software license does not support this version of Ranger" msg?

"The software license does not support this version of Ranger. License: versionA <> Ranger: versionB"

Ranger displays this message when:

• The version number of the software license key does not match Ranger's version.
• The "purchased software maintenance flag" is not set in the software key.
• nnnn-nnn1-nnnn-nnnn-nnnn-nnnn-n: license key with software maintenance enabled
• nnnn-nnn0-nnnn-nnnn-nnnn-nnnn-n: license key with software maintenance disabled

This usually indicates that the software key is incorrect and should be replaced by Silver Bullet.  Please contact Silver Bullet technical support if you encounter this error:  support@sbullet.com.
