Why would IP Simulator stop working after I updated WiseIP?

I get a strange screen when using the WiseIP 02.00.03 Release.

Did you reinstall the simulator after the WiseIP update? The update may have overwritten the hook DLL that the simulator uses to communicate to WiseIP.
