Ranger compatibility with the Vision X serial number change announced 05/24/2011

Compatibility with the Vision X serial number changes announced today, 05/24/2011, requires Panini Vision X API version 2.41.1.4 or newer.

To ensure the installation meets the above requirement, Ranger for MVX / VX version 2.2.100 or newer (higher) must be used.

Ranger 2.2.100 was released on December 7, 2007. So, provided you upgrade on a fairly regular basis, your solution is probably already compatible with the new Vision X scanners.
